1. Operator and contractual scope
The Wallet service is provided by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator, we or Bituce). These Wallet Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy. The confirmed transaction details describe the asset, network, amount and disclosed fee for an individual instruction. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable.
2. Custodial account and asset control
The Wallet is an account-based custodial service. A displayed address does not mean that you hold its private key or have an independently controlled on-chain account. Internal records allocate balances to your account, while blockchain movements may be processed through shared operational infrastructure. No trust, statutory segregation, beneficial ownership structure or insolvency priority is created merely by a balance label; any such arrangement must be separately documented and legally effective.
3. Access, ownership and lawful funds
Use only supported assets and an account you are entitled to control. You must be an adult with legal capacity, provide accurate information and comply with applicable restrictions. We may request identification, proof of address, wallet ownership or source-of-funds information where justified by law or a documented security review. Opening an account does not establish eligibility for every jurisdiction, asset or product.
4. Main and product-specific balances
Main-wallet balances, staking balances, investor-share holdings, loan repayment wallets, liquidity balances and pool positions are distinct records. A total value in USDT is an estimate rather than a conversion or an immediately withdrawable cash amount. Funds reserved for orders, restricted by an active loan, committed to a position or pending settlement may not be available for withdrawal. Do not assume that one product balance automatically repays or funds another.
5. Deposit instructions and final credit
Before depositing, verify the exact asset, token contract where relevant, network, address, memo or destination tag, minimum amount and current network availability. Addresses are purpose-specific: a loan repayment address is not an ordinary main-wallet deposit address. A transaction being broadcast or visible on an explorer does not by itself create final credit. Credit depends on supported-chain detection, required confirmations, reconciliation and applicable reviews. Network confirmations can be delayed or reorganised.
6. Withdrawal authorisation and execution
An authenticated withdrawal instruction authorises us to debit the displayed amount and disclosed charges and to send the supported asset to the destination you approve. Check the recipient, network, address and any required memo before confirmation. Submitted, approved, broadcast and confirmed are different processing states. A network hash or completed receipt is stronger evidence of execution than a temporary preview or live balance. Timing depends on reviews, liquidity, network conditions and confirmations; no fixed arrival time is promised by this document.
7. Fees, minimums and rounding
The selected asset/network fee and minimum displayed before confirmation apply to the instruction. The review must show whether the recipient amount is the entered amount less the fee. Fees can differ by network and can change for future instructions; a separately quoted charge must not be silently replaced after acceptance. Amounts are subject to supported decimal precision. Taxes and charges imposed by a recipient or another provider are separate from Bituce charges.
8. Cancellation, failed and uncertain instructions
A pending instruction may be cancelled only while the service offers cancellation and before irreversible execution. A failed browser request does not prove that a withdrawal failed: check its existing transaction reference before submitting another instruction. Confirmed blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. A duplicate debit, demonstrably failed instruction or incorrect fee must be investigated and corrected where substantiated; cancellation does not permit cancellation of somebody else’s transfer.
9. Loan restrictions and compliance holds
An active loan currently restricts withdrawals and main-wallet funding of liquidity in the borrowed currency and any main-wallet currency expressly selected as collateral; it does not generally lock every asset in the account. Order reservations and other separately disclosed restrictions also apply. Additional security or legal holds must have an identifiable reason and be proportionate to the circumstances. We will provide available information and a support route unless disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise a legitimate investigation.
For Cross Import, each loan is backed by the imported collateral identified in its accepted summary. Only that collateral currency is restricted for withdrawals and main-wallet liquidity funding until all loans backed by it, including applicable interest, are fully repaid. A different borrowed currency does not independently restrict that main wallet. Main-wallet installment payment is permitted only when the loan and its actual imported collateral use the same currency. A matching balance in an unrelated main wallet does not qualify; other-currency loans must be repaid externally in their borrowed currency.
10. Unsupported deposits, mistakes and recovery
Wrong networks, wrong assets, missing tags, obsolete addresses and transfers below a minimum may prevent automatic credit or cause permanent loss. Contact Support promptly with the transaction hash, currency, network, amount and destination. Recovery is not guaranteed and must not be assumed technically possible. Any proposed recovery charge requires disclosure and agreement before work; do not send passwords, private keys or extra funds to an unsolicited recovery contact.
11. Custody, networks and coverage
Custody, cyber incidents, provider failure, insolvency, token issuer failure, freezes, depegging, forks and network outages can affect access or value. Security measures are not a guarantee against all losses. A wallet is not described here as a bank deposit or as covered by a statutory deposit guarantee. Any commercial insurance applies only under an identifiable insurer’s policy, exclusions, limits and claims process made available to you; absent those documents, do not assume comprehensive cover for every balance or product.
12. Statements, closure and complaints
Keep transaction references and review account history. Report discrepancies promptly; an internal reporting target does not remove a longer mandatory legal limitation period. Account closure requires reconciliation of pending instructions, open obligations and restrictions. Remaining withdrawable assets must be addressed through a supported withdrawal or lawful return process, rather than forfeited solely because you stop using the website. Complaints, responsibility and governing-law safeguards are described in the general terms and Complaints Policy.
