BITUCE — LEGAL CENTER Locale: en ======================================================================== Wallet Terms Version: 2.3 Updated: 2026-11-03T21:51:15.000Z SHA-256: b6b06a34a720fc6d6b046db8534cbcd3fae9e342be1a488cb01658629e2155cf Custody, account balances, deposits, withdrawals, supported networks, fees and the handling of transfer problems. 1. Operator and contractual scope The Wallet service is provided by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator, we or Bituce). These Wallet Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy. The confirmed transaction details describe the asset, network, amount and disclosed fee for an individual instruction. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable. 2. Custodial account and asset control The Wallet is an account-based custodial service. A displayed address does not mean that you hold its private key or have an independently controlled on-chain account. Internal records allocate balances to your account, while blockchain movements may be processed through shared operational infrastructure. No trust, statutory segregation, beneficial ownership structure or insolvency priority is created merely by a balance label; any such arrangement must be separately documented and legally effective. 3. Access, ownership and lawful funds Use only supported assets and an account you are entitled to control. You must be an adult with legal capacity, provide accurate information and comply with applicable restrictions. We may request identification, proof of address, wallet ownership or source-of-funds information where justified by law or a documented security review. Opening an account does not establish eligibility for every jurisdiction, asset or product. 4. Main and product-specific balances Main-wallet balances, staking balances, investor-share holdings, loan repayment wallets, liquidity balances and pool positions are distinct records. A total value in USDT is an estimate rather than a conversion or an immediately withdrawable cash amount. Funds reserved for orders, restricted by an active loan, committed to a position or pending settlement may not be available for withdrawal. Do not assume that one product balance automatically repays or funds another. 5. Deposit instructions and final credit Before depositing, verify the exact asset, token contract where relevant, network, address, memo or destination tag, minimum amount and current network availability. Addresses are purpose-specific: a loan repayment address is not an ordinary main-wallet deposit address. A transaction being broadcast or visible on an explorer does not by itself create final credit. Credit depends on supported-chain detection, required confirmations, reconciliation and applicable reviews. Network confirmations can be delayed or reorganised. 6. Withdrawal authorisation and execution An authenticated withdrawal instruction authorises us to debit the displayed amount and disclosed charges and to send the supported asset to the destination you approve. Check the recipient, network, address and any required memo before confirmation. Submitted, approved, broadcast and confirmed are different processing states. A network hash or completed receipt is stronger evidence of execution than a temporary preview or live balance. Timing depends on reviews, liquidity, network conditions and confirmations; no fixed arrival time is promised by this document. 7. Fees, minimums and rounding The selected asset/network fee and minimum displayed before confirmation apply to the instruction. The review must show whether the recipient amount is the entered amount less the fee. Fees can differ by network and can change for future instructions; a separately quoted charge must not be silently replaced after acceptance. Amounts are subject to supported decimal precision. Taxes and charges imposed by a recipient or another provider are separate from Bituce charges. 8. Cancellation, failed and uncertain instructions A pending instruction may be cancelled only while the service offers cancellation and before irreversible execution. A failed browser request does not prove that a withdrawal failed: check its existing transaction reference before submitting another instruction. Confirmed blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. A duplicate debit, demonstrably failed instruction or incorrect fee must be investigated and corrected where substantiated; cancellation does not permit cancellation of somebody else’s transfer. 9. Loan restrictions and compliance holds An active loan currently restricts withdrawals and main-wallet funding of liquidity in the borrowed currency and any main-wallet currency expressly selected as collateral; it does not generally lock every asset in the account. Order reservations and other separately disclosed restrictions also apply. Additional security or legal holds must have an identifiable reason and be proportionate to the circumstances. We will provide available information and a support route unless disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise a legitimate investigation. For Cross Import, each loan is backed by the imported collateral identified in its accepted summary. Only that collateral currency is restricted for withdrawals and main-wallet liquidity funding until all loans backed by it, including applicable interest, are fully repaid. A different borrowed currency does not independently restrict that main wallet. Main-wallet installment payment is permitted only when the loan and its actual imported collateral use the same currency. A matching balance in an unrelated main wallet does not qualify; other-currency loans must be repaid externally in their borrowed currency. 10. Unsupported deposits, mistakes and recovery Wrong networks, wrong assets, missing tags, obsolete addresses and transfers below a minimum may prevent automatic credit or cause permanent loss. Contact Support promptly with the transaction hash, currency, network, amount and destination. Recovery is not guaranteed and must not be assumed technically possible. Any proposed recovery charge requires disclosure and agreement before work; do not send passwords, private keys or extra funds to an unsolicited recovery contact. 11. Custody, networks and coverage Custody, cyber incidents, provider failure, insolvency, token issuer failure, freezes, depegging, forks and network outages can affect access or value. Security measures are not a guarantee against all losses. A wallet is not described here as a bank deposit or as covered by a statutory deposit guarantee. Any commercial insurance applies only under an identifiable insurer’s policy, exclusions, limits and claims process made available to you; absent those documents, do not assume comprehensive cover for every balance or product. 12. Statements, closure and complaints Keep transaction references and review account history. Report discrepancies promptly; an internal reporting target does not remove a longer mandatory legal limitation period. Account closure requires reconciliation of pending instructions, open obligations and restrictions. Remaining withdrawable assets must be addressed through a supported withdrawal or lawful return process, rather than forfeited solely because you stop using the website. Complaints, responsibility and governing-law safeguards are described in the general terms and Complaints Policy. ======================================================================== Investor & Platform Share Terms Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: de0a3e08793c88cbb603e9a8617ca18969ad19cf9703db9437118f05178be96d The nature of platform shares, trading, direct purchases, reservations, monthly distributions, pricing and investment risks. 1. Operator and nature of the product The Investors service is offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao. “Platform share” identifies the internal unit recorded in this product. The name alone does not establish registered corporate share ownership, voting rights, an audited profit entitlement, a redemption guarantee or an approved securities offering. Any issuer-specific legal rights require separate instrument and issuer documentation. Product classification and licensing depend on applicable law, not on the label used by the interface. 2. Eligibility and independent assessment Participation requires an authenticated, eligible account and lawful funds. Understand the unit, loss risk, holding restrictions, distribution model and lack of guaranteed exit before buying. Neither registration nor a working purchase screen proves that this product may lawfully be marketed in your jurisdiction. We may restrict access where required. This document does not claim a securities exemption, investment-service licence or regulatory endorsement. 3. Holdings and reserved units Your account records available shares and shares reserved for open sell orders. The two balances remain distinct; reserved shares cannot be sold twice or freely transferred while reserved. Counts are whole units and are not on-chain tokens unless a separately identified service explicitly states otherwise. Supply, circulating stock and platform inventory describe different quantities and are not proof of audited company valuation. 4. Order-book execution A buy order reserves the required USDT; a sell order reserves the offered shares. Matching depends on compatible opposite orders and the service’s execution rules. An order can fill partially or remain open; placement is not a guarantee of execution. Cancelling releases only the unfilled remainder after the server accepts the cancellation. A completed fill cannot be undone merely by cancelling the remaining order. 5. Direct purchase and premium A direct purchase buys available platform inventory at the displayed direct price. That price incorporates the current configured premium and may exceed the last order-book price. Review the unit amount, total USDT cost and inventory before confirmation. The direct premium is not a guaranteed resale margin or a promise that another buyer will pay the same price. Direct purchases do not themselves establish a new reference order-book price. 6. Distribution calculation and eligibility The product’s commercial purpose is participation in platform earnings, but the current operational calculation is the configured USDT amount per share multiplied by eligible units at the distribution run. Available and sell-reserved shares are currently included. The monthly record identifies the period, amount per unit and account credit. This snapshot method is not a day-weighted accrual for every day you held shares and is not, by itself, an audited percentage of company profit. 7. Estimates, changes and credited payments The displayed next-payment estimate uses current inputs and is not an unconditional promise of future yield or a fixed annual return. Future distributions may change with business conditions, applicable law and properly notified product decisions. A declared and completed credit is distinguishable from a forecast and must be recorded and reconciled. Material changes must not be used to silently confiscate an already credited amount; mandatory contractual rights remain unaffected. 8. Quotes, charts and liquidity Order-book quotes, direct prices and share-based USDT valuations serve different purposes. Charts show period closing observations; a live point is not an executable offer or proof of market depth. Historical prices and past payments do not predict future results. An illiquid market can prevent an immediate sale or produce a materially different exit price. No minimum resale price, buyback facility or return of invested principal is promised by this document. 9. Costs, taxation and referrals Review the current order fee, direct premium, transfer costs and any tax duties before confirming. A referral reward is separate from your holding and does not convert trading into a risk-free transaction. Any future fee requires clear disclosure for the relevant instruction. You remain responsible for assessing reporting and tax duties in your circumstances; displayed returns are not a personalised after-tax projection. 10. Market conduct and corrections Wash trading, coordinated manipulation, false liquidity, self-dealing to generate rewards, account abuse and exploiting an obvious software fault are prohibited. Suspected errors may be investigated with proportionate restrictions and a reviewable explanation where legally permitted. Corrections must be supported by records, identify the affected entry and preserve legitimate claims; this clause is not an unlimited right to rewrite completed trades for commercial convenience. 11. Capital, counterparty and legal risk You can lose some or all of the purchase amount. Platform performance, issuer or operator failure, custody, cybersecurity, legal classification and availability of counterparties can affect value and access. USDT itself has issuer, reserve, redemption and depegging risks. A corporate registration or an unrelated licence is not evidence that these investment activities are authorised, insured or covered by an investor-compensation arrangement. 12. Exit, records and disputes Exit requires an available, permitted transaction or a separately documented redemption right; closing the website or account does not force another buyer to take your position. Keep order IDs, fills and distribution statements. Raise a complaint with the relevant references through Support. Suspension or closure does not by itself extinguish valid ownership records or payment claims. The general terms govern responsibility, notice, Curaçao law and the preservation of mandatory local rights. ======================================================================== Loan Use & Repayment Terms Version: 2.5 Updated: 2026-11-03T21:51:15.000Z SHA-256: 7fe52bea6dc8ea66bad1a6382e78ce14a1a6a2e8b86a07101b66323d664295cf Borrowing capacity, supported currencies, payout, interest, installments, partial and early repayment, restrictions and overdue obligations. 1. Parties and individual loan record The loan service is offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator). The borrower is the authenticated account holder submitting the application. These terms, the general platform terms and the accepted individual quote must be read together. The individual record must identify the borrowed asset, quantity, periodic rate, term, installment dates, total scheduled cost, payout network and address. A public calculator is not an approved loan or evidence that funds have arrived. 2. Eligibility and purpose You must have legal capacity, lawful funds and permission to use this service where you reside. We may verify identity, source of funds and the accuracy of application information. Availability can depend on supported currencies, price data, repayment infrastructure and legal or operational restrictions. Borrow only an amount you can repay without relying on a guaranteed price rise, refinancing or a future platform distribution. 3. USDT-based borrowing capacity The current model values eligible assets in USDT, applies the configured loan-to-value ratio (currently 23%) and deducts the current USDT value of outstanding principal. The live screen and accepted quote control the available amount. Eligible valuation currently includes supported main-wallet and staking balances and available or reserved platform shares; separate liquidity balances, pool units and loan repayment wallets are not automatically counted. Unsupported or unpriced balances do not create borrowing capacity. When you select a particular main-wallet currency as collateral, its current USDT value also sets a separate 23% ceiling, reduced by outstanding principal already allocated to that collateral. The lower of that ceiling and your overall remaining capacity applies. You may select the eligible portfolio instead. The selected collateral and opening valuation are recorded with the loan; the original quantity is not sold, swapped, debited or used to purchase the borrowed currency. 4. Original assets and borrowed currency You may request the same supported currency as an eligible asset or a different supported currency. Valuation does not require an automatic sale of the original asset. The debt remains denominated in the borrowed currency, while USDT figures are comparison values. If the borrowed asset appreciates against your holdings or USDT, the economic cost of acquiring repayment funds can rise even though the contractual quantity schedule is unchanged. Stablecoins can also depeg or become difficult to transfer. 5. Quote, review and approval Review the principal, weekly or monthly period, number of periods, installment amount, total interest, total repayment, dates and payout destination before confirming. A refreshed quote can differ from an earlier preview. Approval is subject to the server’s final balance, capacity, currency and destination checks. A browser error or lost response must be investigated against the existing loan record before a new application is submitted; do not assume that a retry cannot create another obligation. 6. Interest and amortisation The stated rate is for the selected weekly or monthly period; it must not be read as an annual percentage rate. The current schedule uses an amortising installment calculation, allocating each installment between principal and interest. Review both the periodic rate and the total scheduled interest rather than multiplying a headline rate by the initial principal alone. Any legally required annualised rate, total-cost or pre-contract disclosure must be provided where applicable; this generic page does not replace it. 7. Payout and commencement The current loan flow creates a loan record and a pending external withdrawal to the chosen supported network/address; it is not simply a permanently spendable new main-wallet balance. The loan record and payout transaction must be checked together. Processing or network delay is not proof of final delivery. If payout fails, is reversed or never occurs, contact Support for reconciliation of principal, interest start and cancellation where appropriate. You do not waive a substantiated non-disbursement claim merely because a pending loan record exists. 8. Withdrawal restrictions and limits of collateral rights While a loan is active, the platform currently restricts ordinary withdrawals and transfers from the main wallet into liquidity in the borrowed currency and any main-wallet currency expressly selected as collateral. Other currencies are not generally blocked by that rule. Selected collateral remains in its existing wallet. Assets counted in a USDT eligibility calculation are not thereby sold or automatically subject to an unlimited disposal right. Any legally effective pledge, additional collateral, margin demand or liquidation authority requires clear separate terms and a valid legal basis; valuation alone does not create it. 9. Installment dates and timely performance The due dates in the accepted loan schedule control. Weekly and monthly periods are different; calendar lengths and displayed dates must be reviewed rather than inferred from a fixed number of hours. Ensure sufficient confirmed funds reach the correct repayment wallet before the relevant deadline, allowing for network confirmations and reconciliation. Sending a transaction shortly before a due date may not constitute timely credited payment. Contact Support promptly if the schedule, timezone display or due amount appears inconsistent. 10. Dedicated repayment address and payment currency Use the repayment address and network shown for that specific loan and repay in its borrowed asset. A deposit to an ordinary wallet, another loan, another asset or an unsupported network is not automatically a repayment. The repayment wallet is distinct from spendable main-wallet funds. Keep the loan ID, installment reference, transaction hash, amount and network. The platform applies confirmed credited funds during reconciliation; an unconfirmed transfer or an explorer screenshot alone does not settle an installment. 11. Allocation, partial payments and future installments Confirmed repayment funds are currently allocated to the earliest unpaid installments in sequence, including future installments where enough funds remain. A partial payment reduces the principal portion first and then the interest portion of the affected installment; the unpaid remainder remains due. The system may reset a prepared discount after partial allocation, so check the revised outstanding amount. A partial payment does not by itself release the currency restriction or cancel later installments. 12. Prepared early repayment discount Open the installment’s payment details before funding an early repayment. Where more than three days remain before its due date, the current calculation can discount interest for the unused portion of that installment period, capped at that installment’s interest. The prepared payable amount and discount shown on the account are the operative quote. Do not subtract a self-calculated discount or assume every future installment is discounted automatically. Review refreshed details after a partial payment or material correction. 13. Full early repayment and surplus Full repayment requires discharge of every remaining installment using its applicable prepared or scheduled amount, not only the displayed remaining principal. Once all installments are settled, the loan is marked repaid and its loan-based currency restriction can be released, subject to other lawful restrictions. Excess funds can remain in the dedicated repayment wallet; they are not automatically an extra fee or a new loan. Request reconciliation and return of a confirmed surplus through Support, providing a supported return destination where needed. 14. Late installments and ongoing obligations An unpaid scheduled installment may be marked late after its due date, and repayment history can affect the internal loan score and future review. The current implementation does not define an automatic daily penalty schedule, an automatic liquidation threshold or automatic seizure of unrelated assets. This document does not invent those mechanisms. Agreed unpaid principal and scheduled interest remain obligations, subject to payment credits, corrections and applicable law. Any additional default charge or recovery action requires a lawful, clearly disclosed basis. 15. Difficulty paying and disputed amounts If you anticipate difficulty, contact Support before a due date where possible with your loan ID and a realistic description of the issue. A request does not itself grant a payment holiday, extension, refinancing or debt waiver. Any agreed restructuring must identify the new dates, amounts, charges and effect on existing obligations in a durable record. A documented billing or non-disbursement dispute must be investigated without requiring disclosure of passwords or private keys; statutory complaint rights are preserved. 16. Price changes, service failures and cancellation rights Borrowing creates currency and repayment obligations even if eligible asset values fall, a service is temporarily unavailable or another investment fails. No unilateral future loan-to-value change rewrites the principal or agreed rate of an existing accepted schedule. Network and processing mistakes must be distinguished from a borrower’s valid debt. Any applicable mandatory withdrawal, pre-contract disclosure, early repayment or consumer-credit protection takes priority; crypto denomination does not automatically remove those rights. 17. Evidence, notices and applicable terms Keep the accepted quote, loan ID, payout record, repayment schedule, prepared payment details, deposit hashes and final settlement history. The published legal document’s version identifies its text, not evidence that you individually accepted it or received funds. Material changes for future loans require clear notice; existing financial obligations follow the valid individual agreement and mandatory law. Complaints, operator responsibility, Curaçao law and mandatory home-jurisdiction protections are addressed in the general terms and Complaints Policy. 18. Cross Import An accepted Cross Import records existing debts rather than new payouts. Its quote identifies each loan, principal, rates, term and the credited collateral backing it. Ordinary new-loan LTV, minimum borrowing and payout requirements do not apply to this migration. Only listed collateral assets are credited once. The accepted quote and Cross Import Terms govern the schedules and disclosed early-payment rules; no undisclosed legacy charges are added. ======================================================================== Liquidity Pool & Swap Terms Version: 2.3 Updated: 2026-11-03T21:51:15.000Z SHA-256: 6fe22a56d540cb2a2a1dd41018cf4ea7aaa2e1c6ce69088fe738d73ffc1c5e29 Internal liquidity balances, pool swaps, two-asset contributions, pool units, fee participation, withdrawals and execution risks. 1. Operator and custodial pool model The liquidity service is offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao. It is an internal, custodial pool accounting service rather than a separately deployed decentralised smart contract. Pool units represent the internal proportional position described here; the interface does not issue a freely transferable on-chain LP token. The service supplements the general terms, Wallet Terms and Risk Disclosure. Blockchain withdrawals remain a separate Wallet instruction. 2. Liquidity balances and explicit funding Liquidity balances are separate from main-wallet balances and pool positions. An explicit internal transfer is required before using main-wallet funds for a pool operation. Transfers use supported assets and available funds; an active loan can restrict main-wallet funding in the borrowed currency and any main-wallet currency expressly selected as collateral. Returning available liquidity funds to the main wallet is a distinct transfer. These records do not automatically repay a loan or fund another service. 3. Swap pricing and price impact A swap exchanges an exact input amount against two pool reserves using the service’s constant-product calculation after the quoted fee. The pool’s own reserve ratio determines its price, not an independent oracle or a guarantee of best execution against external exchanges. Larger trades can move the price materially. Review the input, estimated output, fee, price impact and minimum received before confirmation; a low commission does not guarantee a favourable total price. 4. Quote validity, slippage and final validation A quote specifies its validity and minimum output or units. Current signed quotes are short-lived, normally 30 seconds; the displayed quote controls the specific instruction. Slippage tolerance limits acceptable deterioration and is not an extra fee or guaranteed improvement. Reserve or price changes can cause a clean rejection rather than execution. Do not treat a preview as a completed swap or assume that an expired quote remains executable. 5. Two-asset contribution and units Providing liquidity requires both pool assets in the current reserve ratio. Only the required supported amounts are consumed; unused amounts remain in the liquidity balance. Units issued reflect the accepted contribution relative to existing reserves and issued units. A minimum permanently locked unit position can dilute a provider’s mathematical share slightly and is not withdrawable by the provider. Contribution is exposure to both assets and does not preserve a fixed composition or a fixed USDT value. 6. Fees and participation in pool income The selected pool’s fee rate and accepted quote control the swap charge. Fees currently remain inside reserves and benefit providers through their proportional pool position. Attributed-fee figures describe fees generated while the position existed; they are not an additional cash balance that can be claimed twice. Actual results depend on trading activity, position size, time in the pool and reserve prices. There is no fixed APR, guaranteed yield or minimum fee-income commitment. 7. Partial or full removal Removing units returns the corresponding quantities of both reserve assets to your liquidity balance, subject to quoted minimums, rounding, availability and lawful restrictions. It is not automatically an external blockchain withdrawal. The returned composition and market value may differ from the original contribution; full unit removal does not promise return of the original amounts of each asset. Transfer available returned assets to the main wallet before a separately supported external withdrawal. 8. Precision and disclosed transfer charges Asset amounts are currently handled to eight decimal places and pool units to eighteen. Swap outputs and withdrawal amounts may be rounded down; contribution requirements can round up and issued units down. These rounding rules can leave small residual amounts and affect very small positions. Internal transfer, contribution or removal fees apply only if clearly disclosed for that operation; ordinary blockchain network or Wallet withdrawal charges are separate. 9. Receipts, retries and an uncertain response An operation is completed only when the service has a committed receipt and reconciled balance changes. A network interruption can hide a successful operation. Use Check/retry for the original pending request and its receipt instead of starting a second monetary action. Reusing a request reference with different details is not a valid modification. Duplicate-request protection applies to the same identified request, not to multiple separately confirmed requests you intentionally create. 10. Divergence loss and other risks Changes in the relative prices of the pool assets can make a position worth less than holding the original assets separately, including when fees were earned. Fees may not offset this divergence loss. Thin reserves, concentrated providers, reserve-derived valuations, market manipulation, custody failures and interruptions add risk. A pool valuation is not an independent fair-value assessment, insured deposit or guaranteed redemption amount. Read the Risk Disclosure before funding. 11. Availability, abuse and closure We may pause an affected pool or instruction for a substantiated technical, security or legal reason. Such a pause must not be used as an undisclosed authority to confiscate valid positions. Manipulative or unlawful activity can be investigated under the general terms and AML/KYC Policy. Where a pool is retired, outstanding balances, units and a lawful exit or reconciliation process must be addressed; the disappearance of a screen does not by itself cancel recorded claims. 12. Records, complaints and legal framework Keep your quote, receipt, pool identifier, input/output amounts and transfer references. Contact Support about discrepancies with those details and never provide private keys or passwords. The general terms govern notices, proportionate restrictions, responsibility and disputes under Curaçao law subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Publishing a pool, a low fee or a completed technical operation does not itself establish financial-service authorisation in a particular jurisdiction. ======================================================================== Terms of Use Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 33880c20aff035003ac3c6540883bf3245c37e7311b5262dbb665954b3a5cbcf Account access, eligibility, security, acceptable conduct, electronic records and the legal framework for using Bituce. 1. Operator and contact This investor platform is operated by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (we, the Operator or Bituce). Bituce is the platform brand. Contact us through the Support page or info@bituce.com, quoting the relevant account or transaction reference without sending secret credentials. Company registration identifies the stated operator; it is not itself a financial-services licence, insurance policy or regulatory endorsement. 2. Eligibility and territorial restrictions You must be at least eighteen, have legal capacity and use services only where lawful for you and the Operator. Additional product-specific eligibility or verification may apply. Do not misrepresent residence, age, beneficial ownership or source of funds or circumvent a lawful geographic restriction. A public page or successful registration does not establish that every financial product is approved for your location. 3. Documents and transaction-specific terms These Terms of Use govern website and account access. The Terms of Service govern common transaction rules, while Wallet, Investor, Loan and Liquidity Terms govern their respective products. The Risk Disclosure, Privacy, Cookie, AML/KYC, Referral and Complaints documents cover their stated subjects. Mandatory law prevails. A valid transaction-specific agreement controls its identified amount, rate, schedule and destination over a generic description, but cannot remove non-waivable rights. 4. Agreement and electronic records Read the applicable terms before registering or confirming a product action. Where express acceptance or additional legal disclosures are required, they must be presented through a valid process; merely visiting a document does not prove acceptance. A document version or archive proves which text is available, not that you signed it. Authenticated instructions, accepted quotes, transaction records and applicable consent evidence must be considered together. Keep copies you may need. 5. Account information and authority Provide accurate registration and verification information and keep material details current. Do not open or operate an account for an undisclosed third party or share access in a way that defeats verification and security. Tell Support promptly about an unauthorised account, material identity error or loss of authorised control. Verification requests must be relevant to a stated legitimate purpose and handled under the Privacy and AML/KYC policies. 6. Security responsibilities and unauthorised use Protect your password, email access, authentication device and active browser session. Do not send authentication codes, private keys or recovery secrets to Support or people claiming to be agents. Use available two-factor authentication and sign out on shared devices. Report suspected compromise immediately and preserve relevant references. Authentication is evidence to assess, not an automatic waiver of a substantiated unauthorised-use claim; responsibility depends on facts, security obligations and applicable law. 7. Prohibited conduct Do not launder funds, evade sanctions, finance prohibited activity, impersonate others, compromise accounts, bypass limits, exploit software defects, disrupt infrastructure or use deceptive transactions. Market manipulation, fabricated liquidity, wash trading and reward abuse are prohibited. Automated access must respect service limits and must not interfere with other users. Lawful investigation or reporting may follow suspected abuse, with restrictions governed by proportionality and applicable law. 8. Information, valuation and independent decisions Public pages, charts, examples and estimates explain products; they are not personalised investment, tax or legal recommendations. Prices, borrowing capacity and estimated distributions can change. Live connectivity does not guarantee an executable price or uninterrupted information. You should understand a product’s mechanics and risks before using it and obtain independent advice where your circumstances require it. This does not excuse misleading information or remove the Operator’s own duties. 9. Availability, restrictions and account closure Maintenance, network problems, verification, outstanding debt or substantiated security/legal concerns may affect a function. Restrictions should be limited to what the reason requires and explained when lawful. You may stop using the platform and request closure, but recorded assets, pending instructions, repayment obligations and mandatory retention must first be addressed. Suspension or inactivity alone does not authorise confiscation or waive an existing complaint. 10. Content and third-party resources Platform branding, interface design and documentation may be protected intellectual property. You may retain reasonable personal copies of your transaction and legal records; this is not a licence to misrepresent the platform or sell its identity. Links and third-party services have their own terms. A link, provider integration or displayed token does not imply endorsement of every statement, guarantee or legal status associated with it. 11. Responsibility and mandatory protections Each party is responsible for breaches attributable to it under the applicable agreement and law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other non-excludable failures. Volatility is not the same as an accounting error or unauthorised transfer. You should take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss and we must investigate substantiated service failures. No blanket disclaimer transfers every loss to you regardless of its cause. 12. Changes, governing law and disputes We identify published text by version and update date. Material prospective changes require clear notice and, where required, valid consent; they do not automatically rewrite accepted loan schedules or erase accrued claims. Curaçao law governs to the extent a lawful choice is permitted. Mandatory consumer, financial-service, privacy and home-jurisdiction protections and access to competent authorities or courts remain unaffected. Contact Support for initial resolution, without treating an internal complaint as a compulsory waiver of external remedies. Severability does not authorise replacing an invalid term with a broader unfair restriction. ======================================================================== General Terms of Service Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 9a5f6119a928702ad3908335651459d05feed57689f4ba2f2bee03f67fc4dd7d Common rules for funding, instructions, pricing, costs, product-specific obligations, records, errors and closure. 1. Services and document hierarchy Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao provides the account-based services described in the Legal Center. These common terms apply alongside the Terms of Use and the relevant Wallet, Investor, Loan or Liquidity agreement. The valid individual confirmation identifies its specific financial terms. A marketing summary or screen label does not override mandatory law, a valid accepted schedule or a more specific disclosed transaction condition. 2. Balances, reservations and segregation An account can show main funds, reserved funds, staking, shares, dedicated loan repayment funds, liquidity balances and pool positions. Their availability and risks differ. Internal accounting separation is not a representation of statutory asset segregation or a bank guarantee. A combined USDT estimate must not be mistaken for cash available to withdraw. Only an authorised product instruction may move or reserve the relevant balance. 3. Instructions, authority and final checks Review the asset, amount, network, destination, price, fee and product consequences before confirming. Submission authorises the described action, subject to final validation and any mandatory additional acceptance. A preview is not execution. We may reject an instruction for insufficient available funds, stale pricing, invalid details, unsupported assets, lawful restrictions or technical conditions. A rejection must not be represented as a completed transaction. 4. Execution states and receipts Pending, reserved, partially filled, broadcast, confirmed, cancelled and settled describe different events. Use the relevant transaction, order, loan or operation reference and resulting account history to establish the outcome. A lost response may follow a successful action. Resolve an uncertain existing request before creating another instruction; duplicate protection does not merge independently confirmed transactions. An acknowledged cancellation applies only to the part still cancellable. 5. Prices, estimates and execution differences Reference market prices, direct-buy prices, pool reserve prices and USDT estimates have different sources. They need not equal an external exchange quote or actual exit proceeds. A price chart contains closing observations for its periods, not every executable bid or ask. Slippage, spread, premium, market depth and processing time can change the total result. An accepted limit or minimum-output condition should be applied as disclosed for that product. 6. Fees, interest and changes in costs Check Fees and the individual review screen for the current network fee, product charge, direct premium, periodic loan interest or pool fee. A low fee is not a guarantee of a low total cost. Future schedule changes must be communicated before the affected instruction; a general update does not silently reprice an already accepted fixed obligation. Taxes, external-provider costs and any disclosed recovery work are separate where applicable. 7. Product-specific obligations Wallet users must use supported networks and authorised destinations. Investors accept market and distribution uncertainty under the share terms. Borrowers remain responsible for the agreed borrowed-asset repayment schedule and the disclosed currency restriction. Liquidity providers accept reserve-ratio exposure, quote conditions and possible divergence loss. A gain, referral credit or balance in one product is not a promise to discharge obligations in another. 8. Errors, reconciliation and fair corrections Report unexpected debits, missing credits, duplicate instructions or inconsistent schedules with supporting references. We must review relevant records and explain a substantiated correction where lawful. A clear mistaken credit may be restricted pending review, but a correction is not an unlimited confiscation power or authority to debit unrelated funds without a legal basis. A user’s reporting delay does not remove a mandatory legal claim period. 9. Networks, service interruptions and force majeure Network congestion, forks, external-provider failures, attacks, legal measures and events outside reasonable control can impair performance. The affected party should take reasonable mitigation and restoration steps and communicate available information. Such events do not automatically erase ownership records, excuse every preventable internal failure or cancel an already received repayment. Availability notices and Network Status are informative and not guarantees that every transaction will complete immediately. 10. Restrictions, termination and remaining balances Product suspension or account termination must address open orders, existing loans, reserved amounts, pool units, surplus repayments and legally restricted funds. A lawful return or reconciliation route should be provided for assets available to return, subject to verification, supported networks and legal holds. Existing valid debts and claims survive to the extent required by their agreement and law. Account inactivity alone does not transfer your assets to the Operator. 11. Liability, mandatory rights and legal classification The responsibility safeguards in the Terms of Use apply. No statement excludes non-waivable rights or liability, promises universal insurance, or treats a corporate registration as financial authorisation. Crypto-assets, profit-participation products, custody and lending may be governed differently in different jurisdictions. Curaçao law applies only so far as a valid choice permits and does not displace mandatory protections, lawful supervisory powers or access to competent courts. 12. Records, changes and complaints Keep the applicable legal version and individual transaction records. Material changes need clear prospective notice and any required acceptance; historical copies help identify text but are not proof of consent. Contact Support with transaction references and the remedy requested. The Complaints Policy describes review and escalation without requiring surrender of mandatory rights. Service communications should not ask for authentication secrets or payment to an unsolicited recovery intermediary. ======================================================================== Privacy Policy Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 97360d423467a15ed4a71ae53f95d553d2e9e7ffd32cf2141b799ee6ffc2abfd Who handles your data, the information used by account and financial services, lawful purposes, sharing, retention and your rights. 1. Controller and contact Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao is the stated operator and controller for the investor platform’s account and service processing. Use Support or info@bituce.com for privacy enquiries, identify the account or request concerned and do not send passwords, private keys or authentication secrets. A product provider acting independently may have separate responsibilities; we must identify a material independent recipient or applicable notice rather than treating every recipient as our processor. 2. Data categories We process registration identifiers, email, a password hash, profile details you provide, session and authentication status, security records and relevant activity logs. Financial records include balances, wallet addresses, network and transaction references, orders, share holdings and distributions, loan eligibility inputs, schedules and repayment history, liquidity operations and referrals. Support includes messages and attachments you choose to provide. Verification documents or source-of-funds information may be requested where justified; this notice does not claim that every account has undergone a completed identity check. 3. Purposes and legal grounds Processing supports requested account access, custody, instructions, accounting, loans, distributions, liquidity, communication and complaint handling. Where applicable, grounds include steps toward or performance of a valid contract, a specified legal obligation, and legitimate interests such as preventing abuse subject to the required balancing and safeguards. Consent is used where required, including applicable optional marketing or tracking. Accepting commercial terms is not blanket consent to every unrelated use of personal data. 4. Sources, browser connections and blockchain data Data comes from you, your account activity, payment and blockchain records and service infrastructure. The website requests Google Fonts; your browser can therefore connect to Google and transmit connection information such as IP address and request metadata. Email delivery can include open-tracking records in supported campaigns. Browser storage holds session, language, display and referral state described in the Cookie & Storage Policy. Public blockchain records can expose addresses and amounts independently of our private account database. 5. Recipients and access Access is limited to personnel and providers who need information for the relevant service, support, infrastructure, security, communications or applicable compliance duties. A transfer to a blockchain recipient or network exposes necessary transaction data. Competent authorities may receive information under a valid legal requirement; professional advisers may receive information where necessary for a dispute or obligation. We do not describe public disclosure of private account balances as an ordinary platform feature. Do not assume that an external provider’s processing is anonymous. 6. International processing The stated operator is based in Curaçao and infrastructure or providers can involve other countries. Where a transfer is subject to a law requiring an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another lawful mechanism, the applicable mechanism and required information must be addressed. This notice does not assert universal EU-only hosting, a particular transfer certification or signed safeguards that have not been identified. Ask Support about a relevant processing location and applicable protection. 7. Retention and closure Account, transaction, verification, security and complaint records are retained according to the operational purpose, outstanding obligations, applicable statutory duties, limitation periods and necessary dispute or security investigation. Retention must be justified by category and not become indefinite merely because data is convenient. Signing out removes current access but does not erase financial records or public blockchain history. Closure and deletion requests require review of lawful retention and remaining claims; data no longer needed should be deleted or appropriately de-identified. 8. Security and minimisation We must use appropriate access, authentication, operational and organisational safeguards proportionate to the processing. Password hashing, available two-factor authentication and private account access are safeguards, not guarantees that incidents are impossible. Share only information reasonably needed for your request, and use the authorised support route. We should not request your private blockchain key, full authentication secret or password to process a complaint or data-rights request. 9. Rights, consent and requests Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, as well as a complaint to a competent data-protection authority. Rights can have lawful exceptions and must not be made dependent on waiving an unrelated financial claim. Contact Support with the right requested and sufficient identity information; we may proportionately verify authority. Applicable statutory response periods govern; where GDPR applies, its response and extension rules apply rather than an invented universal deadline. 10. Calculations, children and updates The platform calculates valuations, borrowing capacity and an internal repayment-related score from service records. A displayed score is not described as a report from an external credit bureau. Where a solely automated decision with legally significant effects triggers explanation, contest or human-review rights under applicable law, those rights must be addressed. Services are not intended for minors. Material purpose or policy changes require appropriate notice and, where needed, a fresh lawful basis or consent; a new publication date is not blanket authorisation for unrelated processing. ======================================================================== Cookie & Storage Policy Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: baa0cd8bcc72e132f72d94be5ef7756e111186237feadea40693d73bafdfbb67 How browser storage, session tokens, preferences, referrals and external connections are used and controlled. 1. Scope and operator Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao operates the investor interface. This policy covers cookies and similar technologies, including localStorage and sessionStorage, rather than assuming that only HTTP cookies matter. The Privacy Policy describes personal-data purposes, recipients and rights. Browser settings, private mode and third-party requests can affect which storage is available. 2. Sign-in and essential state The investor_token browser entry contains the sign-in token used for authenticated API and socket access. Treat access to it as sensitive: do not share it or keep a session open on an untrusted device. Removing browser data can sign you out but does not close the server account or erase transactions. Other Bituce applications or infrastructure may use their own session technologies under the applicable notice. 3. Preferences and favourites Browser storage can remember the investor language, selected wallet layout, favourite currencies and related display filters. These choices affect presentation rather than create a financial instruction. Stored preferences normally remain until changed or removed by you or the browser; their availability is not guaranteed across devices. Deleting them restores defaults without cancelling an order, loan or pool position. 4. Referrals and pending operations A referral code received through a link can be stored and supplied during registration for attribution. The liquidity interface can keep a pending request reference and payload in sessionStorage, namespaced to the account, to resolve an uncertain operation without submitting a second instruction. It does not intentionally store a password or sign-in token in that pending-operation record. Clearing this local record does not reverse an already committed operation; use account history or Support to reconcile it. 5. External requests and tracking Google Fonts requests can reveal connection information to the font provider even if no first-party analytics cookie is created. Supported email campaigns can use opening or link records; those are not disabled merely by clearing website storage. We do not claim that every external technology is anonymous or that a general terms notice constitutes consent to optional tracking. Any non-essential technology requiring prior consent must use a valid consent process before activation. 6. Control, consent and consequences Use browser settings to inspect or remove site storage, block third-party connections or choose a private session. Blocking required session state may prevent sign-in or transaction recovery; display preferences may reset. Where optional marketing or tracking consent is used, refusal or withdrawal should be as accessible as giving it and should not erase lawful transaction records. Contact Support about a specific technology or unresolved privacy preference. ======================================================================== Referral Terms Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: ef732b9437513513943961bb45cb5fa4238d1f224960cd6f90d44ce868b200d4 Invitation attribution, eligible rewards, disclosure duties, prohibited promotion, corrections and withdrawal of earned rewards. 1. Programme and operator The referral programme is administered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao. These terms supplement the general platform and product terms. A referral link is an invitation and does not appoint you as an employee, broker, licensed adviser or authorised representative of Bituce. You may not bind the Operator to promises or give assurance about another person’s returns, insurance or legal eligibility. 2. Codes, browser state and attribution The signed-in Referral page shows the invitation code assigned to your account. A visitor’s browser may retain a code from a supported link and submit it at registration. Existing attribution, browser controls, missing codes and anti-abuse rules can affect whether a new user is linked to you. A visitor click alone is not a guaranteed reward or permission to change an established referral relationship. 3. Eligible events and current rates Only the supported completed event type and applicable rate create a reward under the programme. Product categories shown in Referral can include exchange, games, staking and investor activity; their eligibility and rates can differ. For investor shares, the eligible notional uses the relevant completed trade, including actual direct-buy cost where applicable. Do not assume every deposit, loan, pool action, cancelled order or public page visit generates a reward. 4. Crediting and payment records An estimated reward is distinct from a confirmed earnings record and credited available balance. Review currency, category, amount and history rather than treating a USDT display as an automatic conversion. Withdrawal remains subject to supported assets, networks, disclosed fees and lawful account restrictions. Repeated requests about one event do not create an additional reward; a substantiated missing credit should be investigated. 5. Honest promotion and disclosure Explain that you can receive a financial benefit from eligible referrals where applicable advertising law requires disclosure. Do not promise fixed returns, risk-free loans, universal insurance or approval by a regulator. Do not target people prohibited from using the product, impersonate official support, publish false testimonials or send unlawful unsolicited messages. A referral does not relieve either person from reviewing product risks and legal restrictions. 6. Abuse, reversals and fair investigation Self-referral schemes, duplicate or fabricated accounts, wash trading, collusion and transactions created only to manufacture rewards are prohibited. A reversed or fraudulent underlying event may justify a corresponding documented reward correction. A review should identify the event and legal or programme basis where disclosure is lawful. Suspected abuse does not create an unlimited right to confiscate unrelated earned balances or avoid a legitimate complaint. 7. Programme changes and taxation Rates and supported categories can change prospectively with clear information; an update should not silently remove a completed, valid credited reward. The programme does not promise permanent commission levels or a particular future volume. You are responsible for applicable reporting, advertising and tax duties on your rewards. Ending promotional activity does not by itself waive a substantiated outstanding credit. 8. Questions and disputes Contact Support with the code, relevant event reference, currency, date and expected calculation if attribution or a reward is disputed. Do not send another person’s secret credentials or unnecessary personal documents. The Complaints Policy and general terms apply, including Curaçao law only to the extent permitted and preservation of mandatory local rights. A referral programme does not itself establish a financial-services licence. ======================================================================== Risk Disclosure Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 391bc8640578238deab122fad9783a297e6b3a77866eea640554ef579a34f0df Key risks of custody, crypto prices, platform shares, borrowing, stablecoins, liquidity positions and transaction execution. 1. Read before committing funds These disclosures concern services offered by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao. They explain material risks, not every possible outcome, and supplement the applicable product terms and individual disclosures. Understand a product before funding it and consider whether you can bear its losses and obligations. A warning is not consent to an unauthorised transaction or a waiver of non-excludable rights. 2. Volatility, stablecoins and valuation Crypto-assets can move sharply, lose liquidity or lose most or all value. Stablecoins have issuer, reserve, redemption, freezing and depegging risks and are not identical to a guaranteed bank deposit. A USDT estimate can differ from real sale proceeds, network-deliverable amounts or another market’s price. Historical charts, low recent volatility and a live indicator do not establish future value or immediate execution. 3. Custody, counterparty and insolvency Account records depend on the operator, infrastructure and relevant providers. Operational segregation of balances is not automatically a legal trust, protected client-money arrangement or insolvency preference. Cyber incidents, lost operational access, provider failure or insolvency can delay or impair access and claims. Do not assume statutory deposit protection or commercial insurance without the identified coverage documents, scope, insurer, limits and exclusions. 4. Network mistakes and irreversibility Wrong assets, networks, addresses, missing memos and unsupported transfers can cause permanent loss. Required confirmations, congestion, chain reorganisations, forks, contract failures and token freezes can delay or reverse provisional observations. A blockchain transfer can be irreversible after broadcast even if the browser is closed. Recovery may be impossible. Check the exact instruction and distinguish a network hash, a pending status and a confirmed account credit. 5. Platform-share and distribution risk Platform units expose you to platform performance, legal classification, counterparty availability and market demand. A displayed unit is not alone proof of corporate ownership or a regulated security. Direct-buy premiums can create an immediate difference from the order-book resale price. Monthly estimates do not guarantee profits, future distributions, principal repayment or a buyer at your desired price. You can lose your investment, and low activity can make exit difficult. 6. Borrowing, exchange-rate and repayment risk Borrowing preserves exposure to original assets but adds an obligation in the borrowed currency. That currency can rise while your eligible assets fall, reducing available capacity and increasing the cost of obtaining repayments. Funds in another wallet or product do not necessarily repay the loan. Network delay, wrong repayment details, unprepared early-payment assumptions and partial payments can leave amounts outstanding. Income from shares or pools is not guaranteed to cover installments. 7. Pool prices and divergence loss A pool’s price comes from its own reserves and can differ from external markets. Price impact, slippage, reserve depth and ordering of other operations influence the result. Providing both assets changes your exposure as their relative prices move. A position can underperform simply holding the assets, and fee income may not compensate for that difference. An internal pool unit is not automatically transferable, insured or redeemable for the exact original asset quantities. 8. Technical, quote and duplicate-instruction risk Connections, stale information, software defects and interruptions can affect what you see or whether a response arrives. A lost response can follow a committed action. Starting another independent instruction may duplicate exposure even where the original request has retry protection. Quotes can expire or fail final checks. Resolve uncertain requests through their original reference and receipt, and report accounting discrepancies; a warning does not excuse an attributable service failure. 9. Legal, authorisation and tax uncertainty Protection and licensing can differ by country, provider, asset and activity. Corporate registration, a gaming-related statement or an unrelated licence does not establish authorisation for custody, securities, lending or investment services. A product name does not settle its legal classification. Legal changes, sanctions or supervisory action can restrict access or require changes. Tax treatment can differ from the interface’s USDT valuation. Confirm relevant eligibility, classification and duties before committing funds. 10. Practical review and support Use secure account access, verify recipients, understand the source of a price, read the complete quote and retain records. Test a supported transfer carefully where appropriate and allow confirmation time before a repayment deadline. Avoid relying on a single platform, borrowed funds or promised future yield for essential expenses. Contact Support with references for an incident or use the Complaints Policy for a disputed outcome. Mandatory rights and the Operator’s duties remain in force. ======================================================================== Complaints & Dispute Resolution Version: 2.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 9ff01862b2c9e66808e0e35cf1220e63faa69a5a12e85796a27bb6c8fa3a50b3 How to raise a complaint, provide useful evidence, request review and retain access to applicable external remedies. 1. Operator and submission channels Complaints about the investor services of Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao may be submitted through the Support page or info@bituce.com. Clearly identify the account, product and disputed outcome. A complaint can concern account access, a transfer, an order, a distribution, a loan, repayment allocation, a pool operation, fees or personal-data handling. There is no charge merely to submit a complaint to us. 2. Information that helps investigation Provide the relevant transaction, order, loan or operation ID, currency, network, amount, approximate time, expected result and remedy requested. Include a blockchain hash or a relevant screenshot where available, but redact unrelated personal data. Keep the original quote, receipt and communication. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys or another person’s full identity documents. We may seek proportionate proof that you may discuss the account. 3. Urgent compromise and uncertain payments For suspected account compromise, notify Support immediately, secure email and available authentication and avoid further instructions from an untrusted device. For a missing response, check the existing reference before making a new payment or loan request. A complaint alone does not reverse an irreversible blockchain transfer or automatically suspend an otherwise valid debt; a substantiated dispute about payout or accounting must nevertheless be reviewed. 4. Acknowledgment, review and updates We should acknowledge a sufficiently identified complaint, retain a reference, review relevant service and transaction records and request only information needed for the issue. Where the matter is complex or delayed, we should explain the available reason and the next step. Applicable statutory response and escalation deadlines prevail; this document does not assert a universal regulatory deadline or an accreditation not held by the Operator. 5. Outcome, correction and reconsideration A response should explain the material findings, any correction, refund or other remedy, or why the requested outcome was not accepted, so far as law permits disclosure. If you disagree, ask for reconsideration and identify the evidence or reasoning requiring review. A valid refund or correction must be reconciled against the original reference; an unsolicited intermediary or a fresh unverified payment address is not part of our complaint process. 6. External rights and governing law Internal support is an initial resolution route and not an exclusive arbitration agreement or waiver of court access. Curaçao law applies only to the extent of a valid choice and does not displace mandatory consumer or home-jurisdiction protections. You may approach a competent court, authority or data-protection regulator where applicable rights permit. We do not represent membership of a particular ombudsman, investor-compensation scheme or dispute body unless it is specifically identified and verifiable. 7. Privacy, representatives and records Complaint records are handled under the Privacy Policy for investigation, evidence, communication and applicable retention duties. An authorised representative may act with proportionate evidence of authority; use a secure route for necessary documents. We should not disclose another customer’s private account information while explaining your outcome. An archive of legal text is not itself a customer acceptance or complaint record. ======================================================================== Exchange Terms Version: 1.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 4a7848d5802f3b2bc1b0c02ee0d25a605c6cd7e8a2676d9be4c8a3a09c636b7f Spot buy and sell orders on the markets shown in Exchange, including reserved balances, partial fills, trading fees and cancellation before a match. 1. Operator and contractual scope The Exchange is provided by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator, we or Bituce). These Exchange Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Wallet Terms, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and AML/KYC Policy. A confirmed order states the asset, quote market, side, amount and price. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable. Nothing in these terms is investment, legal or tax advice. 2. What the Exchange is Exchange is an internal spot order book. You submit a buy or sell instruction for a supported asset against a quote market that is open on the screen. It is not a discretionary portfolio mandate, not an introduction to an outside brokerage, and not a margin, futures, perpetual, options or other leveraged contract. Borrowing capacity, if you use it, is governed only by the separate Loan Terms and is not created by placing an order. 3. Markets, assets and displayed prices Only assets and quote markets shown as available can be traded, currently through the markets presented in Exchange. A listing, chart, last trade or order-book price is information about activity on this book. It is not a recommendation, a valuation opinion or a promise that another venue would show the same price. Markets can be paused or removed for new orders. An existing open order remains subject to these terms until it is filled, cancelled or rejected. 4. Orders and reserved balances A buy or sell order is an offer to trade at the price and for the amount you submit, against your available main-wallet balance in the asset you must deliver. While an order is open, the amount required for the unfilled portion is reserved and is not available for withdrawal, Casino stakes, Stake transfers or another order. Check the side, asset, market, amount and price before you confirm. An order preview is not itself a trade. 5. Matching and partial fills An order is filled only when it matches an available opposing order under the book rules then in effect. Execution can be immediate, delayed or partial. The unfilled remainder stays open and reserved until it is matched or cancelled. The last traded price does not promise the next fill. We do not undertake to supply liquidity, to complete an order within a fixed time, or to match you at a price that is only visible on another platform. 6. Trading fees A trading fee applies to a fulfilled order at the rate disclosed for Exchange, including the rate published on the Fees page, unless a specific order screen states a different charge before you confirm. The fee is charged on the filled portion, not on an amount that remains unfilled and is later cancelled. Network withdrawal fees, payment fees and third-party costs are separate. A later change to the published rate does not reopen a fill that has already been recorded. 7. Cancellation You may cancel the open, unfilled remainder of your order while cancellation is offered and before that remainder is matched. A portion that has already been filled stands. Cancellation of one order does not cancel a different order, withdraw a completed trade, or move the market back to an earlier price. If the screen does not confirm cancellation, check open orders before submitting a replacement. 8. Settlement into wallet balances A filled trade debits the asset you sold and credits the asset you bought on the internal wallet records, after the applicable fee. Those records are account allocations, not a transfer of a private key. Settlement inside Exchange is not the same step as a blockchain withdrawal. Wallet Terms govern deposits, withdrawals, networks and recovery. Loan or compliance restrictions on a currency continue to apply to that currency after a trade. 9. Errors, interruption and market movement A manifest pricing, duplication or accounting error may be corrected where the record shows that the booked result did not reflect the order and the book. Ordinary market movement, a thin book or a price you later regret is not an error and is not a ground to unwind a completed match. During an outage, orders may remain open, be rejected, or be unavailable to cancel until the service is restored. Check the order record rather than relying on a frozen screen. 10. Fair access and prohibited conduct You must not manipulate the book, wash-trade, use multiple accounts to create a false appearance of activity, evade a limit, probe the system for an exploitable malfunction, or use Exchange to move value that fails AML review. Automated access is allowed only through a documented interface and within its published limits. We may reject, cancel or delay an order, or restrict Exchange, where that is required for security, legal compliance, a malfunction or the integrity of the book. 11. Exchange risks Digital-asset prices can move sharply, liquidity can disappear, and a reserved balance can remain unfilled. Partial fills, fees, delays and technology faults can change the outcome you expected. Exchange does not protect you against a fall in price and does not guarantee that an order will be completed. Read the Risk Disclosure before trading. You remain responsible for deciding whether an order is appropriate for you. 12. Records, complaints and closure Order history, fill records and wallet entries are the record of the instruction. Report a discrepancy promptly with the order reference; an internal review target does not remove a longer mandatory legal period. Complaints follow the Complaints Policy. Closing an account requires open orders to be filled or cancelled and restrictions to be reconciled. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. ======================================================================== Casino & Games Terms Version: 1.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: d73ed8f177c55056bb587641399620d0094f55b5b880104b5c584d76d4d4a446 Rules for original games and provider titles, including stakes, house edge, provable rounds, limits, jackpots, promotions, malfunctions and responsible play. 1. Operator and contractual scope Casino games are provided by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator, we or Bituce). These Casino Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Wallet Terms, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and AML/KYC Policy. They apply to games offered in the Casino area. They are not a promise that casino play is lawful for you where you are. Mandatory consumer and other protections that cannot be waived remain in force. 2. Age, account and restricted places You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your local law requires it, and able to enter a binding contract. You must play only for yourself, from an account you are permitted to use, and not from a place where this offer is prohibited. We may request evidence of age or identity and may refuse or end play where the check fails, where the law requires it, or where the account is restricted. Opening a wallet does not by itself mean that Casino is available to you. 3. Original games and provider titles Original games are the titles Bituce operates in Casino, including the wheels, Rocket, roulette, Hi-Lo, in-house slots and jackpots shown there. Provider slot titles are third-party games made available when you are signed in. A game can be added, suspended or removed. The name, rules, stake currency, limits and pay information shown for that game identify the product you are using. A banner or thumbnail is not itself a set of rules. 4. Stakes, balances and settlement A stake is debited from the available balance of the wallet currency that the game accepts. Amounts reserved for an open Exchange order, held in Stake, or restricted by a loan or a compliance hold are not available merely because they appear in a total estimate. Winnings and returned stakes are credited to the same account records. A casino credit is not cash, not a bank balance and not a blockchain transfer until you make a separate withdrawal under the Wallet Terms. 5. The rules of the round Before you commit a stake, the game screen states the stake, the available action and any limit or pay information that applies to that round. Those round rules and the accepted stake govern the round. If a general advertisement differs from the round screen, the round screen and the recorded result prevail. You are responsible for understanding a multiplier, a cash-out, a spin or a guess before you confirm it. We do not complete a stake that exceeds the available balance or a disclosed limit. 6. House edge and statistical return Original games use the house edge configured for that game. The edge is a built-in advantage over a long series of rounds. It is not a prediction of your next result and not a promise that a session will return any particular percentage of stakes. A displayed return-to-player figure, where one is shown, has the same statistical meaning. Different games have different edges. The edge disclosed for the game you open is the one that applies, not a figure copied from another title. 7. Provable original rounds Where an original game publishes a commitment to a server seed before the round, together with your client seed and a nonce, the revealed server seed can be combined with those values to reproduce the outcome as described on the Provably Fair page. Changing your client seed affects later rounds only, not a completed round. This check covers the original games that use that publication. It does not certify a provider title, a jackpot funded outside that method, or a visual animation. 8. Start, interruption and recorded result A round starts when the stake is accepted by the game. Closing the browser, losing a connection or taking a screenshot does not by itself void an accepted round. Rocket and similar games resolve from the recorded multiplier, crash or cash-out state, not from what a delayed animation appeared to show. If a result is already recorded, that record is the result. If a stake was not accepted, it is not a round and the balance is not debited for it. 9. Limits and maximum outcomes Each game may impose a minimum stake, a maximum stake and a maximum payout. The figures shown for that game at the time of the stake apply. We may refuse a stake that would exceed those figures or the available balance. A maximum payout caps the amount credited even if a theoretical multiplier would be higher. Limits can change for future rounds; a change does not rewrite a round that has already been recorded. 10. Jackpots A jackpot is awarded only under the rules displayed for that jackpot, including who is eligible, whether a contribution is taken from stakes, and what event triggers a prize. An illustration, a counter animation or a promotional claim is not an award. If a jackpot is funded by a defined contribution, that contribution is described with the jackpot. We may correct a jackpot display that does not match the underlying record. A jackpot does not guarantee a later prize of the same size. 11. Provider games Provider titles are supplied by a third-party studio. Their rules, paytables and random-number process are the studio's, as presented in the game, and are not restated in full in this document. Availability can depend on the studio, the region and whether you are signed in. Bituce is not the studio and does not promise that every provider game is provably fair under the Bituce seed method. A dispute about a provider round is investigated against the provider's round record and the stake we accepted. 12. Promotions, bonuses and referrals A bonus, reward or promotional balance applies only if its conditions are stated before you participate, including any wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry and maximum conversion. A promotion does not insure losses and does not change the result of a completed round. Referral rewards are governed by the Referral Terms. We may withhold or reverse a promotional credit that was obtained by multiple accounts, self-dealing or another breach. Ending a promotion does not cancel a round that was already settled. 13. Responsible play Casino play can be addictive and can result in the loss of the entire stake. These terms do not provide credit to fund play, and a loan product is not a gambling facility. Do not play with money you cannot afford to lose. You may ask Support to restrict Casino access on your account. We may also restrict, suspend or close play where there are signs of harm, abuse, underage use or a legal duty. Unless a specific external self-exclusion register is identified to you, registration on this website is not enrolment in a national exclusion scheme. 14. Prohibited play You must not use bots or scripts except where a game expressly allows them, collude, abuse a malfunction, create multiple accounts to farm a promotion, misrepresent your age or location, or play while Casino access is restricted. You must not harass staff or other users in connection with a result. We may void promotional value, restrict the account and retain records needed for an investigation. A criminal or sanctions issue may be reported where the law requires it. 15. Malfunctions If a demonstrable malfunction prevents a round from being dealt or recorded correctly, the affected round is void and the accepted stake is returned, or the round is settled from the last authoritative record. You must not rely on a visible glitch, a frozen animation or an obvious mispricing. Continuing to stake after you recognise a malfunction, in order to exploit it, is a breach. Network delay on your device is not by itself a malfunction of the game. 16. Records, complaints and liability Keep the round or bet reference and review account history. Complaints follow the Complaints Policy and should include that reference. We are not liable for a result that was produced under the published rules, for provider downtime, or for a loss caused by the ordinary house edge. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable misconduct. Gambling losses are not refundable merely because the outcome was unwelcome. ======================================================================== Stake & Coldvault Terms Version: 1.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: 47e5a896547e4a2619c56680d8fc803f3edcc9b6712baefd19034bd543688bed How a supported asset is moved into Stake, which rate and period are recorded, when a minimum stops the rate, and how a balance returns to the main wallet. 1. Operator and contractual scope Stake, also shown as Coldvault, is provided by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, registered address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (the Operator, we or Bituce). These Stake Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Wallet Terms, Risk Disclosure and AML/KYC Policy. The confirmation screen states the asset, amount, period and rate for that allocation. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable. These terms are not a savings guarantee or investment advice. 2. What Stake is Stake is a custodial allocation. You move a supported asset from your main wallet into a separate stake balance on your account. It is not a bank deposit, not a regulated fund unit, and not, unless a separate document says so, a delegation of blockchain validation, voting or an external staking protocol. The balance remains an internal record. You do not receive a private key to that balance. No statutory deposit-guarantee scheme is created by labelling the balance Stake or Coldvault. 3. Assets, periods and displayed rates Only assets shown as available for Stake can be allocated. Where a period is offered for that asset, the choices are those shown at the time, which can include a week, a month, three months, six months and a year. The week, month and year figures on the Stake screen are the configured rates for new allocations. They are not a promise that the same rate will still be offered later, and they are not a quote for an asset or period that is not shown. 4. The rate that is recorded The rate, period, asset and amount shown when you confirm the transfer are the terms recorded for that allocation. A later change to the public rate table does not rewrite a rate that has already been recorded. If you add more of the same asset, the transfer flow can replace the recorded period, rate and start time for that asset balance. Review the new confirmation before you add funds. A calculator illustration is not itself an allocation. 5. Minimum amount Each supported asset can have a minimum amount shown on the Stake screen. An allocation below that minimum may be refused. If a return to the main wallet leaves the stake balance below the minimum, the recorded rate for that balance may be cleared. Clearing the rate stops further reward on that balance. It does not, by itself, delete a reward that the account history already shows as credited. 6. Rewards A reward is calculated from the recorded rate and the stake balance under the accrual the product applies. It is paid only when it is entered in the stake history as a credit. A displayed annual or period rate is not interest on a bank deposit and is not a guaranteed future yield. The market price of the asset can fall by more than any reward. Rewards can be paused for a compliance or security hold. Unaccrued reward is not crystallised merely because you request a return. 7. Return to the main wallet You may transfer an available stake amount back to the main wallet, subject to the available balance and any restriction. These terms do not add a separate early-exit penalty beyond the consequences the product actually applies, including clearance of a rate below the minimum and the fact that reward which has not been accrued is not paid. A return is an internal allocation, not a blockchain withdrawal. Wallet Terms apply again once the amount is in the main wallet. 8. Separation from other balances A stake balance is distinct from the main wallet, from amounts reserved for Exchange orders, and from loan repayment balances. It is not automatically available for a casino stake or a trade. A loan restriction on a currency can still limit movement of that currency, as the Loan Terms describe. Do not assume that a stake reward will repay a loan or release a reserved order. 9. Stake PIN Where the product asks you to set a stake PIN, that PIN is an account control for Stake instructions. Keep it confidential. A PIN does not convert the balance into self-custody and is not a private key. You are responsible for instructions confirmed with your credentials and PIN. Tell Support promptly if you believe the PIN or the account is compromised. We may require additional checks before a return or a change of PIN. 10. Stake risks You can lose value because the asset price falls, because a rate is changed for a new allocation, because a balance falls below the minimum, or because of operator, cyber or legal restrictions. Reward rates are configured by the platform and can be withdrawn for future allocations. Stake does not hedge the asset price. Read the Risk Disclosure. You decide the asset, amount and period. Past displayed rates are not a forecast. 11. Records, tax and complaints Stake history, including transfers in, transfers out and credited rewards, is the record. Review it and report a discrepancy promptly with the asset and the time of the transfer. You remain responsible for any tax or reporting duty on rewards in your circumstances. Complaints follow the Complaints Policy. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 12. Closure Before an account is closed, stake balances have to be returned to the main wallet or otherwise lawfully reconciled, and restrictions have to be cleared. We may refuse a new allocation while a review is open. Ending Stake for new allocations does not forfeit a balance that remains withdrawable to the main wallet under these terms. A balance is not abandoned merely because you stop visiting the page. ======================================================================== Cross Import & Existing Debt Terms Version: 1.4 Updated: 2026-11-03T21:51:15.000Z SHA-256: 42737948251d65ca10d2dcebc92a95fa0a93ee259095047c1289f9a9ea9bd45e Import an approved external asset and debt record, review a repayment schedule, and retain a copy of your acceptance. 1. Purpose and parties These terms supplement the platform, wallet and loan terms for Cross Import provided by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (Operator). Cross Import records an existing external debt and separately identified transferable assets. It is not a new cash advance, an on-chain bridge or a second payout of the borrowed principal. 2. Approved source record An import is available only for a source record entered and enabled by the Operator. The record identifies the external platform, source reference, contact details, debt asset and outstanding amount, credited assets, available periodic rates and permitted repayment terms. The Operator must establish its authority to administer the record and the applicable transfer basis before making it available. A matching key alone does not establish legal ownership, assignment or identity. 3. External platform key and contact details Use only the import key supplied for the external platform record. Never submit a blockchain private key, seed phrase, exchange API secret or unrelated password. The email must match the approved record. You must provide a contact phone number, but the Operator may leave the source phone blank and your number is not matched against it or verified by SMS or call. Providing contact details is not an identity check or a replacement for any applicable identity checks. Keep the key confidential; each source record can be imported once. 4. Review and disputed information Read the source details, credited assets and outstanding debt before confirming their accuracy. If any information, source authority or balance is disputed, stop and contact support with the source reference. Do not confirm a record you do not recognize. Confirmation does not waive mandatory rights, existing legal defenses or the right to report an error, and does not by itself prove that an external creditor has discharged its claim. 5. Chosen repayment plan One import may contain several separate loans. For every loan the accepted quote identifies its borrowed currency, opening principal, credited collateral currency and quantity, separately chosen weekly or monthly frequency, installment count, periodic rate, dates, total interest and total repayment. Several loans may share one collateral asset; its quantity is credited once, not once per loan. Different currencies are not added or converted. Existing debt is not credited again. Only disclosed future interest is added; no undisclosed historical penalty or collection fee is introduced. The final installment absorbs rounding to eight decimals. 6. Single-use import and failure handling Final confirmation creates every loan and schedule, collateral linkage, the single set of wallet credits and history entries, and the acceptance record in one transaction. Different-currency loans also receive their own external repayment address. A loan in the same currency as its collateral uses the main-wallet payment exception and does not require a new external repayment address. No new loan payout occurs. Repeated confirmation does not duplicate credits or loans. Failure of any required loan, address or credit rolls back the entire import. Changed source data, agreements or expired quotes require fresh review. 7. Repayment and account restrictions For Cross Import, each loan is backed by the imported collateral identified in its accepted summary. Wallet payments require an explicit instruction for the earliest unpaid installment and create linked ledger and account-history records without conversion or a blockchain transfer. External payments must reach the loan's displayed address in the borrowed currency and supported network. Prepared early-payment reductions remain applicable. Partial payment or closing one of several loans backed by the same collateral does not release its lock; unrelated holds can remain after full repayment. No automatic liquidation or undisclosed late fee is introduced. 8. Electronic records and corrections The Operator retains the source record, accepted quote, contract texts and their versions and hashes, time of acceptance, wallet credit ledger and related loan identifiers. Imported assets appear as completed internal deposits in the relevant currency history and account History, identified by a Cross Import reference. An internal credit has no blockchain transaction hash. Repayment deposits appear separately under the loan’s repayment account. Authorized corrections or refunds create separate history entries and do not overwrite the original records. Report suspected mistakes through support; corrections preserve an audit trail and cannot justify reusing a source record. 9. Relationship with other terms For this import, these terms and the accepted individual quote govern the existing-debt nature, absence of payout and import-specific rates and term. Wallet custody and operation follow the Wallet and Asset Management Terms; remaining loan rules apply where consistent. No statement here represents that the Operator holds a financial-services license, that funds are insured, or that every external platform obligation has been assumed. Mandatory law and non-waivable rights remain unaffected. ======================================================================== Asset Administration & Wallet Credit Terms Version: 1.3 Updated: 2026-11-03T21:51:15.000Z SHA-256: 2a4a50367d17f744783c1ae9073c02803eced6ffaef94779b6da740c3ab7016b How imported asset quantities are credited, held, used and recorded without discretionary investment authority. 1. Service and parties These terms apply to administration of the assets explicitly listed in an accepted Cross Import record by Benzig Jwelsg Digital Solutions N.V., registration number 548658, Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao (Operator), together with the Wallet Terms and general platform terms. Asset administration here means account custody and ledger administration; it is not a discretionary investment-management mandate. 2. Assets credited The accepted summary identifies each asset and exact quantity to be added to an eligible main wallet. These credits are separate from the imported outstanding debt and do not constitute a second payment of that debt. Cross Import does not initiate an external deposit or blockchain withdrawal; no blockchain confirmation or transaction hash is promised for an internal credit. 3. Authority and instructions You instruct the Operator to credit the listed collateral once and administer it under the Wallet Terms. Several loans may refer to the same credited collateral without duplicating it. Import alone does not authorize investment, staking, pool participation, exchange, sale, discretionary allocation or blanket set-off. You may explicitly instruct an installment payment from a main wallet only when that imported loan has the same currency as its actual collateral; no conversion or future automatic debit is authorized. All other imported loans require external repayment in the borrowed currency. 4. Custody and restrictions For Cross Import, each loan is backed by the imported collateral identified in its accepted summary. 5. Values and costs Asset quantities and debt obligations are recorded in their own currencies. Indicative USDT values can vary and are not guaranteed proceeds or returns. There is no separate import or asset-administration charge in this flow. Any later transaction charge must be disclosed for that transaction; quoted loan interest is shown separately before acceptance. 6. Records, errors and privacy Each imported wallet credit has a completed internal deposit-history entry, linked to its source import ledger with currency, quantity, wallet and import reference. Incoming loan repayments are recorded in the loan’s separate repayment account. Authorized refunds or corrections receive their own linked entries. Accepted contract versions and the final quote are retained with the import record. Use support to request a copy or report a discrepancy. Contact and source-record data are processed under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations; import acceptance is not consent to unrelated marketing. 7. Ending the relationship Stopping future use does not erase an outstanding debt or reverse valid credits, and cannot override applicable withdrawal restrictions or mandatory rights. Errors, disputes and closing instructions are handled under the general terms and complaints procedure. These terms do not create a guaranteed-return product, licensed investment advisory relationship or waiver of mandatory protections. ======================================================================== AML/KYC Policy Version: 1.0 Updated: 2026-01-15T10:00:00.000Z SHA-256: e74eabbaaecb2c13d3ff5b6bc92b001fed8c256b6d3f807cd096b9e10d8d72ef Identity, source-of-funds and risk-review principles shared by the Bituce main site and investor platform. Purpose and scope This Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer policy explains when Bituce may request information or review activity to address money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions and financial-crime risks. It applies across the main Bituce site and investor platform, including the products available on each site. The checks and restrictions relevant to a particular account depend on its activity, risk and applicable law. Creating an account, confirming an email or signing in does not by itself complete an identity or source-of-funds review. Identity and accurate information Use your own identity and provide accurate, current account information. Do not use another person’s identity, altered documents or misleading details. Bituce may request confirmation of your legal name, date of birth, residence, nationality and authority to use an account. When verification is requested, acceptable evidence may include a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address or a further identity check specified in the request. The information needed is communicated for that review; providing a document does not guarantee approval. Representatives and beneficial ownership Do not operate an account on someone else’s behalf without disclosing that relationship and obtaining the required authorisation. Where business use is permitted, Bituce may request entity registration details, authorised representatives and the individuals who ultimately own or control the entity. Additional information may be needed to understand ownership or control. Using several accounts or intermediaries must not conceal the person behind an account or the economic purpose of a transaction. Source of funds and transaction purpose Bituce may ask how assets were obtained, why a transaction is being made and, where relevant, the origin of overall wealth. Evidence may include transaction history, income or business records, bank statements or information about a sending or receiving wallet. Only use funds you are entitled to control. Do not use the platform to handle criminal proceeds, disguise ownership, misrepresent a payment or divide transactions to avoid a requested check or restriction. Risk-based review and enhanced checks An account or transaction may be reviewed using factors such as location, ownership, counterparties, wallet history, transaction patterns and inconsistent information. A possible sanctions link or politically exposed person connection may require additional assessment; a risk indicator is not by itself a finding of wrongdoing. A higher-risk review may involve extra evidence, clarification or restrictions while the issue is assessed. Reviews may occur when an account is opened, when activity changes or later. A small transaction does not rule out a review. Transfer information and applicable requirements Where applicable transfer rules require information about the sender or beneficiary, Bituce may request details of the parties, destination and control of a wallet before processing. Requirements depend on the transfer, counterparties and applicable law; they are not a single universal amount threshold. Do not send assets to prohibited parties or use misleading transfer details. If required information cannot be obtained or handled through a supported process, the affected transfer may be declined or held for review. Reviews, restrictions and cooperation with authorities If requested checks remain incomplete or a material concern arises, Bituce may pause an affected deposit, withdrawal or service, request clarification, or restrict account access as appropriate and permitted by law. There is no guaranteed review time. A verification request does not automatically mean funds are forfeited. Where required or permitted by law, relevant records may be shared with competent authorities or a suspicious-activity report may be made. Legal confidentiality requirements can limit the reasons or details disclosed. Outstanding balances and obligations remain subject to applicable law and the relevant product terms. Submitting documents safely If Bituce requests verification, sign in and contact Support to confirm the request and obtain the approved submission instructions. Send only the information requested through the channel specified for that review. Do not place identity documents in public messages, blockchain memos or unsolicited emails. Bituce Support does not need your password, authenticator secret, recovery phrase or private keys. Treat requests for those secrets, or for a payment to “unlock KYC”, as suspicious and report them through the official support route. Privacy and record retention Verification and review information is used for account assessment, financial-crime prevention, handling disputes and applicable recordkeeping or disclosure duties. Access and sharing should be limited to the people, service providers and authorities who need the information for those purposes. Records are retained for the period required by applicable law and necessary for the relevant purpose. Account closure or clearing browser storage does not erase required records or public blockchain history. See the Privacy Policy or contact Support about access, correction, deletion or retention for a particular record. Keeping information current and getting help Keep your account information current and respond accurately to a review request. If you believe a request or restriction is mistaken, contact Support with the account or transaction reference and a clear explanation; do not open another account to bypass the review. The version and update date identify the policy published on both Bituce sites. Applicable legal requirements and product terms also govern use of the platform. Questions about this policy can be sent through Support or to info@bituce.com without attaching sensitive verification documents unless an approved submission route has been confirmed.
